The Soccer Association of Columbia/Howard County (SAC HC) is a federally tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that is operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes, including but not limited to, fostering and encouraging youth participation in amateur soccer.

The Association is governed by a Board of Directors, made up of offiicers, age group coordinators and specific named positions. Officers are elected for two year terms. All other Board positions are elected annually for one year terms. Elections are held in June at the Annual General Meeting.

Clinic District Coordinators(U5 and U6 age groups) are non-Board members who are appointed by the Clinic Coordinator. Each coordinator generally serves for one year (fall and spring season) and is responsible for administering the program in the district to which he/she is assigned.
